THE CLIENT









Our Clint is a rapidly growing, independent company, based in the Midlands. They have just opened their fourth branch and will continue to grow and are looking for ambitious staff, to grow with them!













THE ROLE







The role is to run both a Driving and Industrial operation, from the Wolverhampton office. The Driving side of the business is already thriving, but the Industrial side is effectively, a start up. The opportunity is to grow the business and to bring on your own team, as a result. You will be supported all the way, encouraged and mentored, to ensure that you gain from your successes. There is no corporate red tape and you will not be heavily micromanaged













THE IDEAL CANDIDATE







• Ideally you will already be a Recruitment Manager, or a Senior Consultant looking for the next step in your career

• Experienced in both Driving and Industrial recruitment

• Self motivated, Hungry for success, Ambitious, will a will to succeed

• A strong sales and business development background
