Clinical Negligence Solicitor



Our client is currently recruiting for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor / Associate, reporting to the Head of Unit, to run a varied Clinical Negligence only case load.



The applicant will be responsible for the negotiation, investigation and settlement on behalf of victims of medical accidents.

Working within a busy team handling various case loads, you will need the ability to deal with claims using proactive measures and the understanding of the need to control costs is essential.

You will be a qualified solicitor, possessing a strong grounding within clinical negligence claims, knowledge of handling maximum severity cases to trial; will work to your advantage.
