Job Description

This client provides high quality teaching and assessment to residential care workers, throughout England. They are an accredited centre for LCCI, CIEH, Goal, ILM and Edexcel and hold Investor in People status and the Employment Services Positive about Disabilities.



NVQ Assessor - Health & Social Care



Full Time/Permanent



This is an excellent opportunity to be involved in the assessment process allowing people to achieve a full NVQ L2 and/or L3 qualification in their relevant occupational sector.



You will be required to take a caseload of learners where you will have regular meetings to support them through the NVQ process. This will involve regular visits to the learner's place of employment and also remote support.



Your occupational experience will cover a broad range of activities from within the relevant industry sector including:-

Health & Social Care



You must have experience in assessing NVQ candidates within the working environment and have achieved your assessor qualifications (D32/D33, A1).



Any other experience within the training environment such as internal verification, key skills/basic skills training, tutoring would be desirable.



It is essential you possess your own driving license as the role will involve travelling to various sites to assess individuals in their work place.
