Collections Advisor
Must have collections experience.To receive inbound and make outbound calls to negotiate repayment of arrears, updating customers account records. Reply to correspondence and third party enquiries as appropriate. Must have the ability ot meet and exceed targets, contribute fully to team performance. Manage, organise and update relevant data using various computer systems. The ability to communicate confidently, assertively and display empathy and understanding of customers situations is essential. Communicate by letter and telephone with customers and other third parties in response to complaints or debt management plans for customers experiencing financial hardship. Must have a minumum 12 months collections experience, excellent communication skills and be a confident team player.

Rotating shift pattern. Call centre open between 8.00am and 10.00pm 7 days a week. You will work 5 days a week and must be available to cover all shifts including lates and weekends on a roat basis.
